Hey guys, I'm back! I decided if I blog quickly it should be okay. Share my joy. I want to spend more time with God, but ANYWAY, for your sake. Haha.

Training today was super funnnnnn. Original program was 6km resistance, 8km no resistance, 80% intensity (which is quite bad :/). I took a regular resistance (the 4cm in diameter one, a resistance is a fat rubber band you tie around the boat), AC 03, and Brandy's old blade (woah I'm taking all your old stuff haha). We were supposed to row with the sec twos and push them. I didn't really care though, was gonna whack the shit out of myself (like you guys won't).

So we started. Lucas bursted off very farrrrr. I realized he took the thin resistance, half the size of mine -.- even the sec two's were on par with me! They also took tiny resistances... What the heck lurrr... I didn't care, I just whacked anyway. Managed to pull ahead of everyone else after 1km, though Lucas was still in front.

PETER DANIEL CHENYANG.......... (looooong name) Was pacing me after that. Yes, the guy who owned all the C div single kayak events this year. I look at him, see his tiny resistance (WHAT'S WITH ALL THE TINY RESISTANCES), see how easily he was rowing to keep up with me (I was really whacking like crap), and felt like, =.=" DIAO. Whaaaa very irritating leh.

After 4km, Lucas was already 200m (or so) ahead of me. That's when the wind started picking up. The waves became CRAZY. I was ploughing through them with my BIG FAT resistance! Hardly movedddd... But it was super thrilling, the waves crashing, splashing, all over me, my kayak getting thrown about like some toy. There was a risk of capsize. I asked God to help me stay focused (you can pray ANYTIME :D). Suddenly I saw Lucas, helping some sec one guy who capsized. HAHAHAHAHAHA CAUGHT AND OVERTOOK YOU!!!! Okay sorry I'm just being mean.

Before long 2km passed (VERY FUN). I stopped at the pontoon to remove my resistance. WHOOOSHHHH. A strong gust of wind blew, and my blade FLEW AWAY!! If I didn't dive for it, it would probably have dissapeared haha. Barely managed to catch it.

I noticed everyone was preparing to pack up already. Hehe pretended I didn't notice, went for another 2km without resistance. Funstuff LOL. I remember at the turn I nearly capsized :o (if I did, I'd probably be in loads of trouble because everyone was gone already, no one to save me). I was like, THANK YOU LORDDDDDD for protecting me!!!! :D Ownageness. Happy happy. That was pretty much it. 8km. LOL SORRY FOR NOT HELPING ANYONE WHO CAPSIZED. I was ummmmmm............ FOCUSED ON TRAINING!

Ooooh I've got a plaster tan. Haha. :D

I tuned in to RED FM (92.8) just now. They've got great music haha. Remember Thousand Miles, by Vanessa Carlton? Lovely.

I don't like the slow beat much, but the lyrics are really meaningful. About how you can love someone so much, even though she doesn't love you back, and you're so far away...

Really catchy, and there are only a few words to know. Haha once I get into the mood I just keep singing, right till I fall asleep. Felt it before? ((:
