Hello people. I need to do homework again. Here's today's question.

Would ACS(I) students be considered 'flourishing'?

Most people would think of ACS(I) as a rather 'flourishing' school. We have many achievements, like being awarded the top boys school for sports and games, being odyssey of the mind world champions, and getting one of the best international baccalaureate results in the whole world. Our principal has also been telling us students about the greatness of our school, ranging from the implementation of the blue ocean strategy, which involves new, innovative concepts the school uses, to our national cadet corps (air) unit being awarded the top national cadet corps unit in singapore.

However, we cannot overlook the negative aspects of our school. Not too long ago, there was a case of shoplifting by some students from the school. Also, indiscriminate bloggers who blog about controversial subjects, as well as condemning a particular race or person, run abound in our school. The list does not end there. Students have been known to totally disrespect certain teachers, playing in class, talking, exploiting their kind natures, while the teachers desperately try to teach. Of course, only a small population of our school is resposible for such acts, but there is a saying that one rotten apple spoils the whole basket.

So ACS(I) has its positive points and its negative points. Can we still be considered 'flourishing'? In my opinion, to truly 'flourish', we must always try to be better. We must curb our wrongs and always strive for more. Even when we meet our goals, we must keep going. After all, our school's motto is 'The Best Is Yet To Be', so let us continue aiming for the best.

I don't usually write so positively, but there's a need to be politically correct in homework essays.

Hmmm... I realized that I don't love anymore. I close my eyes and recall - Love is a warm tingling feeling inside. I don't feel that anymore... it's just a cold emptiness. If love was kept in a container, mine's shattered. About those attractions to females, they're lust. Remember my goal to stop desiring? I can't. Desire still sparks, but I never let them burn, if I can help it. If I set eyes on some attractive girl, I'll look away and forget about her. The only person I stare at for long periods of time is myself. You don't have to know about that.

I bought a book on schizophrenia. You see, I've been wondering if I have it. I've got voices in my head, though they don't control me, and I recognise the voices as part of me, not external. I also don't keep mouldy bread in my drawer and talk to the air-conditioner, like one of the case studies. So if I do have schizophrenia, its minor. I think. I don't know, really.

Okay bye.
