Hey people. I haven't been posting for awhile... NOOO!! Okay, my academic results so far have been fine... Except for chemistry. Missed Grade 7 (highest grade, like A) by one mark =[ Awww. But I don't really care. I tried, I attained. I'm satisfied.

The time trail results haven't been that bad too. 2mins8s for the first set, where I cut water for the first 30 strokes. 2mins10s for the second, where the bubbly thing at 300m nearly capsized me. Now I'm doing K2 with Lucas Tan. Yeah, the guy who talks about anime, sings songs randomly... Haha...

I need to think of a philosophical essay on "human flourishing"... I haven't written a proper one for months, was kinda killed by the "satisfactory (just pass)" I got last year, for not following the standard procedure/format. You see, I do my philosophy essays differently. I don't follow procedure, reading what other people think and copying (although copying from the textbook seems to get you high marks). Instead, I put myself into a certain state, where words just flow...

Very often "unacceptably different" stuff comes out, and teachers don't like that. If you'd remember, I once talked about the nature of regular teachers =P

Am I different? Some people long to be different, to stand out of the crowd. To be... Cool? I want to maintain my individuality, but I do not want to stand out... I just want to meld into some corner doing my own stuff... Although I sometimes long for company, company does not usually fit into my desires (never, in fact). So I lone.

Some random stuff now... Hmmm...

Look up the dictionary for the word after "clique". I really wonder why they just nicely cut it out of our syllabus. I mean, it does play a major role in ensure they come back for more... Oh yeah, I checked 3 dictionaries, the word after the "clique" family is the same.

I was reading some National Geographic article on Silicy's Mummies. One picture that caught my eye was that of a girl, Rosalia. She died at the age of 2 in 1920 from pneumonia, and was practically perfectly preserved. She looks like a sleeping child, and could possibly pass of as one if she wasn't surrounded by dead, rotting bodies not as well preserved. Imagine a little baby lying, eyes closed, in a cot, after being fed with milk... Lovingly caressed by his/her parents... Imagine the baby was dead and lifeless.

Reading what I just wrote makes me laugh. So you live. So what?

S**T!! I'm being too emo. I have a strict policy against exceeding emoness here, and I must adhere to it.

My childhood memories from kindergarten haven't been too pleasant, save for some neutral stuff. Nothing happy. Much pain. I remember entering a classroom at N3, doing a worksheet on odd one out, which had something to do with butterflies (being one of the earliest things I can remember, this memory has been subjected to much scrutiny). There are other stuff, but you don't need to know about them.

Great I just went emo again...

My coach called me a "rocker" today. Haha I think he said it to describe my strokes, which cause the boat to rock. Everyone laughed. Haha, I wonder why. Maybe it's because I've been listening to too much rock music.

That's enough for DAYS. Try not to finish reading so you have stuff to read on other days. Oh wait, I should have told you earlier. I need to sleep for a math test tomorrow. I have a maths test. How many do you have?
