Alert everyone! The insectmen are invading! They are easy to spot, in blue suits and black gas masks, so beware! Already three of them have infiltrated ACS, luckily no one was harmed. However, it is evident that they now have protection against our dealiest weapon - pesticide. So beware! Use flypaper now that bug spray doesn't work. XD

Haha I don't have much to post about, been busy for days... Doing stuff... Like ummm... Sleeping. Haha I spend like a third of every day sleeping. Yea.

I went for gym this morning. Just so you know, I don't go for gym so I can get faster in kayaking. I have other reasons for going =] Note that I train as many muscle groups as I can, not just arms. Haha I've also just cut running out of my gym program and replaced it with 2 more excercises, because I'm already running every kayaking training and I'm getting sick of it.

Haha my latest proper 2.4km timing at the track was 9min33s. And I was hardly pushing at all. Didn't even attempt a last burst. Last year I got 9min40s. And that was while I was pushing very hard (fainting, vomiting hard) and using imba new shoes. More imba than her =] What's it like being so imba?

Water training's becoming worse each day, but I won't despair, because despair gets me nowhere. I will push on, I will never give up, and soon, I will hopefully get used to it. =]
