Welcome everyone! There's a reason why I left the numbers unadded. Do you know? Well, if you don't, I don't know either XD

Training was quite bad today, even though it's supposed to be "easy paddling, focus on technique only". It was 1km of gradual increasing intensity from easy row to all out. Eight times. Well, not as bad as 5 x 2km, I admit, but still quite bad. And we had K4 after that.

Today's K4 was okay... Maybe it's because increased my leg angle, such that they were almost straight. It makes me unable to kick properly and takes away my ability to balance the boat with my legs. Okay, so my K4 with all the noobs lost the the one with the fast people, but I don't care. It was a big improvement from yesterday. At least now we don't suddenly, randomly, jerk from side to side.

That's all for training. What else did I do today?

Oh yeah. I went to eat at KFC today after training before tuition, and I met Mr Ismial there. I freaked out. Totally. A COACH JUST SAW ME EATING KFC! Haha but he didn't really care. No competitions soon anyway. He asked me if any sec ones came today for training. I said no. He said something about the sec ones lying to him... I was like, thinking that the sec ones were a******s but then, what could anyone expect from them?

I just looked at who's online now. It seems the bots are gone. LOL. And umm... I can't believe how ego some people are... Even the best fall down some time... Even the wrong words seem to rhyme... Out of the dark that fills my mind... I somehow find... You and I collide...
