It is the post. The post... which is... a little... little... and a little... fivey... and eighty. Yes, it's the one, and the ONLY, post 58 here!

There were two fishes in a tank. One said to the other, "why isn't this thing moving?" Haha.

It was told by Eugene. Haha there are others but I can't post them here because they either racist or sexist. Okay, that's that. And this's this.

I don't want to talk about training today for a change. So there.

But I need to talk about something...

Okay, if there ever was such a thing as "inner qi", mine's burning out. Seriously, after pushing very hard at gym, I feel the tiredness entering me, attacking my stomach and totally draining me. Or maybe I'm just hungry. Oh well. Hey, I just talked about training! But it was yesterday's... Which puts me in the mood...

Today we basically did stroking today, real stroking, the type where you don't die for being slow. Not too slow anyway. And the people who came for today's optional training were the faster ones. Then we did four 1km sprint sets of increasing intensity. After that we had 10 minutes of free time on the water. I paddled to some corner and saw a terrapin. I picked it up, put it in my boat, but it crawled right to the front and I couldn't get it out. So I had to go the pontoon to try and shake it out. I got it out. And. I am. Really. Getting. Bored. Of writing. This. Post. So. Bye.
