Hello. Guess who these come from.

Okay, I was thinking, and well, come up with another crazy idea. Here goes...

How about, sliding down the stair railings instead of walking down them? Well, usually it is quite... dangerous... but it saves time. In the case of a fire maybe, when evacuating quickly is crucial. Making modifications to the railings such that they become sort of like slides. Maybe there could be a seat dispenser, which sends an inflatable seat down from a storage facility at the top of the building at the pull of a lever. The seat can then be attached to the railing, which will increase the surface area of the person in contact with the railing, thus decreasing the risk of falling off.

Oh guess what happened at training today? YES, you guessed it. Rowing, running and pushups AGAIN! Disgusting. Oh, and there was a time trail. I hate time trails, they're like tests. DISGUSTING! I was put in the second wave, with the people I can't beat (and who tend to give me tons of waves to deal with). So I planned to sprint and stay out of their backwash for as long as possible, I lasted 3/5 of the way =] but then when the waves really hit me, I didn't have much energy left to counter. Fail...
