Hello.

Today's training was bad... I got like... 1h 20min for 14km =[ Okay, that's actually a sort of an okay timing. About 5minutes 40s per 1km. Haha I was riding the K2's backwash for a few hundred meters, and was starting to trash Ryan and Derek easily... But then Ryan kinda appealed to my conciousness (do I even have one?) to stop cheating and row as usual. I complied, after another few hundred meters of slackness... Argh! I could have cut my timing by like, 5 minutes! =P

Oh, and hello my dear new classmates of the 3 08 Joel! And bye 2 10 Dan! old ones, it's been nice knowing you guys. LOL but it's not like we won't be seeing each other next year... I mean, half of you are next door!

I'm sleepy... Today's training was evil... as usual... (it rained but it was such a light drizzle, it might as well not rain at all). I forgot to bring my Sportade down, and when we finished training, I finished the drink in one gulp. All 650ml of it.
